Die VLF PVC Lichtplatte im Profil W20 (technisch oft 20/1100 oder 20/1150 genannt) ist einer der beliebtesten Standards im Bereich der Trapezprofile. Mit ihrer niedrigen Profilhöhe von ca. 20 mm und einer großen Deckbreite eignet sie sich hervorragend für filigrane Überdachungen, Carports, aber auch ideal als lichtdurchlässige Wandverkleidung.
Perfekte Kombination mit Trapezblechen
Das Profil W20 ist exakt auf die Geometrie der gängigen Trapezbleche W-20/1100 abgestimmt. Das macht diese PVC-Platte zur ersten Wahl, wenn Sie in einer Blechfassade oder einem Blechdach kostengünstig Lichtbänder integrieren möchten. Ob Sie nun eine dunkle Lagerhalle aufhellen wollen oder den Giebel Ihres Carports vor Wind schützen möchten, ohne das Tageslicht auszusperren – diese Platte passt nahtlos in das System.
Wirtschaftlich und ammoniakbeständig
Gefertigt aus bewährtem PVC (Polyvinylchlorid), überzeugt diese Trapezplatte/Lichtplatte durch ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein besonderer Vorteil für Anwendungen in der Landwirtschaft (z.B. Scheunen, Ställe, Unterstände): Das Material ist von Natur aus weitgehend ammoniakbeständig und chemisch widerstandsfähig. Wo Metall rosten könnte, bleibt PVC stabil. Zudem ist das Material sehr leicht, was die Ein-Mann-Montage problemlos möglich macht.
💡 Wichtiger Montage-Hinweis: Um lange Freude an Ihrem PVC-Dach oder Ihrer Wand zu haben, müssen Sie Hitzestau vermeiden. Streichen Sie die Unterkonstruktion (Latten/Riegel) im Auflagebereich der Platten zwingend weiß oder kleben Sie diese mit hellem Alu-Klebeband ab. Dies verhindert, dass sich die Platten bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung verformen. Bohren Sie Löcher stets ca. 3–4 mm größer vor (Dehnungsausgleich) und nutzen Sie passende Kalotten für die Befestigung.

We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.
