Our wall connection flashings ensure a clean and watertight connection between the roof surface and adjacent walls, chimneys, or masonry finishes.

They prevent rainwater and moisture from entering the roof construction, protecting both the roof and the masonry from long-term damage.

Whether for trapezoidal, standing seam, or tile effect sheets – our wall connection flashings are available in various designs to ensure the perfect finish and protection for every roofing system.

Function and Application

The wall connection flashing forms the transition between the roof surface and a vertical surface (e.g., house wall, chimney, parapet). It ensures a secure seal and reliably directs precipitation away.

Typical areas of application include:

• Connections to house walls and chimneys
• Masonry finishes or parapet areas
• Roof connections for carports, extensions, and dormers

Variants at a Glance

Our wall connection flashings are available in two main variants:

• Standard Wall Connection Flashing:

  With a folded wall support for use on masonry, plaster, or facades. The upper leg can be led under plaster, under the wall cladding, or behind the sealing.

• Flat Wall Connection Flashing:

  For applications where no folding into the wall occurs – e.g., on wooden substrates or smooth facades. Sealing is carried out using roofing silicone or suitable sealing tapes.

Both variants are available in 2.00 m lengths and can be delivered as custom fabrications up to 6 m upon request.

Installation and Processing

For the Standard Wall Connection Flashing, the upper leg is inserted under the wall cladding or into a masonry joint and sealed with sealant. For the Flat variant, the sealing is done directly on the wall surface with roofing silicone or expanding foam tape (Kompriband). Fastening is done with self-drilling screws into the high rib or the wall surface, depending on the substrate.
