Das Besondere an diesem Profil ist die Geometrie: Die 50 mm hohen Stege verleihen der PVC-Platte eine deutlich höhere Eigensteifigkeit als flachere Profile. Das verbessert die Statik und macht die Platte widerstandsfähiger gegen Wind- und Schneelasten. Gleichzeitig sorgt die glatte Oberfläche des Trapezes dafür, dass Regenwasser zügig abgeleitet wird, was den natürlichen Selbstreinigungseffekt unterstützt und Moosbildung erschwert.
Ideal für Landwirtschaft und Gewerbe
Gefertigt aus hochwertigem PVC (Polyvinylchlorid), ist diese Lichtplatte die wirtschaftlichste Wahl für Funktionsgebäude. Ein entscheidender Vorteil für Landwirte: PVC ist von Natur aus weitgehend ammoniakbeständig. Dämpfe aus der Tierhaltung, die Metalldächer korrodieren lassen könnten, stellen für dieses Material kein Problem dar. Zudem ist PVC schwer entflammbar (Baustoffklasse B1 nach DIN 4102 – bitte lokale Vorschriften prüfen), was im Hallenbau oft gefordert wird.
💡 Unbedingt beachten bei der Montage: Wie alle thermoplastischen Kunststoffe dehnt sich PVC bei Wärme aus. Bohren Sie Befestigungslöcher daher immer ca. 3–4 mm größer als den Schraubenschaft (Stufenbohrer verwenden). Um Hitzestau und daraus resultierende Verformungen zu verhindern, müssen die Pfetten oder Latten der Unterkonstruktion im Auflagebereich zwingend weiß gestrichen oder mit hellem Alu-Klebeband abgeklebt werden. Dies ist besonders wichtig bei der Kombination mit dunklen Blechdächern.

We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
