Mit ihrer spezifischen Geometrie (183 mm Sickenabstand, 40 mm Profilhöhe) lässt sie sich nahtlos als Lichtband in die Metallfläche integrieren oder als alleinige Dacheindeckung für lichtdurchflutete Carports und Unterstände nutzen.
Die ideale Lösung für Industrie und Landwirtschaft
Dunkle Hallen verbrauchen viel Strom für künstliche Beleuchtung und bieten oft kein angenehmes Arbeitsklima. Der Einbau dieser transparenten PVC-Trapezplatten schafft Abhilfe. Das Material PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) ist dabei besonders wirtschaftlich und bietet entscheidende Vorteile für landwirtschaftliche Betriebe: Es ist von Natur aus ammoniakbeständig und resistent gegen viele Chemikalien. Das Profil 183/40 zeichnet sich durch seine ausgeprägte Trapezform aus. Mit einer Profilhöhe von 40 mm bietet die Platte eine gute Eigensteifigkeit und Stabilität bei Schnee- und Windlasten. Die glatte Oberfläche des Kunststoffs sorgt bei entsprechender Dachneigung dafür, dass Regenwasser Schmutzpartikel einfach abspült (Selbstreinigungseffekt), was die Lichtausbeute langfristig hoch hält.
💡 Wichtiger Montage-Hinweis: PVC ist temperatur-empfindlich. Um Verformungen oder Hitzeschäden zu vermeiden, müssen alle Teile der Unterkonstruktion, auf denen die Platte aufliegt (Pfetten/Latten), dauerhaft weiß gestrichen oder mit hellem Alu-Klebeband abgeklebt werden. Dies gilt besonders bei der Kombination mit dunklen Trapezblechen, die sich stark aufheizen können. Bohren Sie Löcher stets ca. 3–4 mm größer vor, um die Wärmeausdehnung auszugleichen.

We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
