Acryl Wellplatte 177/51 – Das Premium-Lichtband für Ihr Wellplattendach
Diese hochwertige Acryl-Lichtplatte im Profil 5 (177/51) ist die perfekte Lösung, wenn Sie robuste Faserzement-Dächer oder Wellblech-Eindeckungen mit Tageslicht versorgen möchten. Dank der exakten Profilgeometrie lässt sie sich nahtlos in bestehende Dächer integrieren.
Warum diese 3mm Acrylplatte?
- Extrem Stabil: Mit einer Wandstärke von 3,00 mm ist diese Platte deutlich dicker als herkömmliche Baumarkt-Ware. Das ermöglicht sehr große Lattenabstände von bis zu 1,20 m (bei 75kg Last/m²) und macht sie extrem widerstandsfähig gegen Wind und Schneelasten.
- Brillanz wie Glas: Das Material Acrylglas (PMMA) ist bekannt für seine unübertroffene UV-Stabilität. Auch nach Jahrzehnten vergilbt diese Platte nicht – darauf gewährt der Hersteller 30 Jahre Garantie auf die UV-Beständigkeit.
- Selbstreinigung: Die porenfreie, glatte Oberfläche (“Porzellan-artig”) sorgt dafür, dass Schmutz und Moos bei Regen einfach abgewaschen werden (ab 10° Dachneigung).
Einsatzbereiche
Ideal als Lichtband in Landwirtschaft, Industriehallen oder privaten Carports, die mit Faserzement-Wellplatten (Profil 5) gedeckt sind. Natürlich auch als alleinige Bedachung für besonders hochwertige, glasklare Terrassenüberdachungen geeignet.
⚠️ Wichtige Hinweise zu Montage & Bestellung
Diese extrem starke Platte ist als Lagerware in den festen Längen 1250 mm und 2000 mm erhältlich. Ein individueller Zuschnitt ist bei diesem Artikel leider nicht möglich.
Montage-Tipps (Acrylglas):
- Vorbohren ist Pflicht: Nutzen Sie einen Stufenbohrer und bohren Sie die Löcher ca. 3–4 mm größer als den Schraubenschaft (Dehnung bei Hitze!).
- Hitzestau vermeiden: Streichen Sie die Oberseite Ihrer Unterkonstruktion (Pfetten) unbedingt mit weißer Dispersionsfarbe oder kleben Sie diese mit Aluband ab. Acrylglas kann sich bei Hitzestau verformen (“Brennglaseffekt”).
- Befestigung: Nutzen Sie ca. 6 Schrauben/m² (Edelstahl 6,5 x 90 mm) in Kombination mit der passenden Kalotte W48 (für Profil 177/51).

Parcel shipping
We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

📦 General overview
Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
