Sie lieben Ihre Terrasse, aber im Hochsommer wird es unter dem Dach unerträglich heiß? Die VLF Klima-Blue Stegdoppelplatte (16 mm) ist die technische Antwort auf überhitzte Wintergärten und Carports.
Warum “Klima-Blue”? – 75% weniger Hitze
Dank einer speziellen Pigmentierung im Acrylglas wirkt diese Platte wie ein Hitzeschild. Sie reflektiert und absorbiert den Großteil der Infrarotstrahlung der Sonne. Das Ergebnis: Eine Temperaturreduktion von bis zu 75 % im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen, klaren Platten.
Der Effekt: Sie genießen den Sommer im kühlen Schatten, ohne dass es unter dem Dach dunkel wirkt. Die Tönung “Lichtblau” erzeugt dabei eine frische, angenehme Lichtatmosphäre.
Brillanz trifft Selbstreinigung
- Glas-Optik (32 mm Kammer): Anders als Standard-Platten hat dieses Modell einen extrem breiten Stegabstand von 32 mm. Das sorgt für eine fantastische Durchsicht, fast wie bei echtem Glas.
- AntiDrop (Lotus-Effekt): Die Oberseite ist spezialbeschichtet. Regenwasser zieht sich zu Perlen zusammen und nimmt Staub und Schmutz beim Ablaufen einfach mit. Ihr Dach bleibt länger sauber!
- Langlebigkeit: Acrylglas ist von Natur aus UV-beständig. Sie erhalten 30 Jahre Garantie gegen Vergilbung und 10 Jahre auf Hagelbeständigkeit (gemäß Herstellerbedingungen).
✂️ Unser Zuschnitt-Service
Wählen Sie die nächstgrößere Länge (2m bis 7m). Für nur 3,50 € pro Schnitt längen wir die Platten millimetergenau ab. Die anfallenden Reststücke liefern wir Ihnen selbstverständlich mit.
Das passende Zubehör für 16mm Platten
Für eine fachgerechte Montage benötigen Sie folgende Systemkomponenten (ebenfalls bei uns erhältlich):
- Verlegeprofile (Die Basis): Wählen Sie zwischen dem günstigen DUO Profil (geschraubt) oder dem optisch verdeckten Thermo-Classic Profil (geklickt).
- Abschluss (Oben & Unten): Damit kein Schmutz in die Kammern kommt, benötigen Sie Alu-Abschlussprofile (oben ungeschlitzt, unten geschlitzt für Kondenswasser).
- Wandanschluss: Für den dichten Übergang zur Hauswand empfehlen wir das Alu-Wandanschlussprofil WA100.
- Sicherheit: Nutzen Sie Alu-Bremswinkel, um das Abrutschen der Platten zu verhindern.

We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
