Parcel shipping

We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Costs (incl. VAT)

• Small parts such as screws, anti-condensation fleece, etc.

  • Austria: 20 EUR
  • Benelux: 25 EUR

• Folded parts and bulk items max. 2m long (no sheet metal profiles)
  • Germany without islands : 40-50 EUR
  • Austria: 60 EUR
  • Benelux: 60 EUR
  • Switzerland and the rest of the EU: on request

Delivery

The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.

We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.

In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

Pick-up

The self-collection in the warehouse is free of charge. Help with loading by hand or forklift included.,

If we ship our goods via a forwarding agent or other suppliers, the agreed shipping costs apply.

📦 General overview

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

🛑 The following items are generally excluded from return:

• Custom-made products (e.g. made-to-measure roof sheets)

• Special edge parts

• Deposit pallets (except returns in Bernau)

🇩🇪Germany

• Accessories (e.g. screws, fans, gaskets): 30 days return period

• Standard flashings: 30 days return period (20% restocking fee)

• Roofing sheets (stock only): Returns only possible in Bernau near Berlin, 20 % return fee

• Special edged parts and dimension plates: no return possible

• Returnable pallets: Return only in the Bernau warehouse, no exchange on delivery

🇦🇹 Austria

The same conditions as for Germany. Returns also exclusively to Bernau near Berlin for stock goods. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🇳🇱 Nederland

Retourtermijn van 30 dagen voor accessoires en standaard zetwerk.
Dakplaten kunnen alleen worden geretourneerd indien het voorraadproducten zijn – uitsluitend in Bernau bij Berlijn.
Kosten voor retour zijn voor de klant, 20 % retourkosten van toepassing.

🇧🇪 Belgique / België

Identical voorwaarden as for Germany & Nederland.
Terugzending van dakplaten uitsluitend in Bernau mogelijk. Accessories returned within 30 days.

🇱🇺 Luxembourg

• Returns according to DE regulation

• Shipping costs & fees as above

• Returnable pallets possible in Bernau

💶 Refunds / Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by e-mail.
If a refund is approved, the credit will be credited to the original payment method.
