Die Kalotte 55/32 aus Aluminium ist die speziell für dieses Hochleistungsprofil entwickelte Systemlösung, die eine sichere, dauerhafte und absolut spannungsfreie Montage gewährleistet.
Die Kalotte 55/32 ist die größte und stabilste Kalotte in unserem Sortiment und wurde exakt auf die anspruchsvolle Geometrie des Trapezprofils 250/50 abgestimmt. Sie fungiert als massiver, formschlüssiger Druckverteiler, der sich wie eine zweite Haut auf die Sicke des Profils legt und eine absolut stabile, ebene Auflagefläche für die Befestigungsschraube schafft. Der Anpressdruck wird dadurch nicht punktuell, sondern großflächig über die gesamte Kalotte verteilt und sanft in das Profilblech eingeleitet. Dies verhindert jegliche Verformung, schützt das Material zuverlässig vor Spannungsrissen und erhält die statische Integrität der Konstruktion – selbst unter extremen Belastungen. Die EPDM-Dichtung der VLF-Edelstahlschraube kann sich optimal an die plane Oberfläche der Kalotte anlegen und sorgt für eine absolut dichte, langlebige Verbindung. We ship our small parts to you via DPD or GLS. In the case of goods in stock, shipping takes place within 1-2 working days and is insured.

Delivery
The shipment of sheet metal profiles of any kind is carried out by our in-house forwarding company to the delivery address. Delivery is generally free of curb, provided that it is possible to drive on it with an 18-metre-long semitrailer. An inspection of the construction site is only possible in exceptional cases and requires consultation.
We deliver with unloading, which is carried out either by crane or, in exceptional cases, by forklift, for which access by a 40-ton semitrailer truck must be guaranteed. This applies in particular to all sheet metal profiles except for the sandwich panels, which are generally delivered without unloading.
In exceptional cases, delivery without unloading may also be offered or necessary for sheet metal profiles, you will be informed in advance.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a refund or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
