End Caps – Precise Finishes for Ridge Caps and Roofing Systems

Our end caps ensure a clean and weatherproof finish for ridge caps and roof edges.

They reliably protect the open ends of round ridge caps (barrel ridges) or rectangular ridges from the penetration of moisture, dirt, and insects – while contributing to a visually harmonious roof design.

Each end cap is precisely manufactured and color-matched to the respective ridge system to ensure perfect integration into the roof’s appearance.

Function and Application

End caps are indispensable accessories when installing ridge systems. They are mounted at the open ends of the roof ridge to seal it permanently and protect the roof structure.

Our end caps are used for:

• Barrel Ridges (round, large & small)

• Rectangular Ridges

• Coming soon: Hip caps for hip roofs (in preparation)

Variants and Compatibility

We currently offer the following end cap variants:

• End caps for small barrel ridges – matching our small round ridges for tile effect sheets (e.g., Mona, Arad).

• End caps for large barrel ridges – matched to larger round ridges and steep roofs.

The end caps are delivered in a matching color to the respective ridge flashings. If you require a different color or custom-made product, we can manufacture these individually.

Materials and Finishes

Our end caps are manufactured from the same high-quality materials as the associated ridge flashings:

• Aluzinc

• Polyester coated (25 µm)

• Matt Coarse-Grain Polyester (35 µm)

• PURLAK® (50 µm)

• PURMAT® (50 µm)

• Aluminum 25 µm (smooth or stucco)

These materials ensure long-term corrosion protection, high UV resistance, and a consistently attractive appearance over many years.

Installation and Assembly

The end caps are attached to the end of the ridge flashing and fastened with self-drilling screws or blind rivets. For optimal sealing, we recommend using sealing tape or silicone sealant between the end cap and the ridge flashing.

Coming Soon – Hip Caps

Shortly, we will be expanding our range with hip caps, specifically developed for the finishing of hip roofs. These will be available in all common colors and coatings, enabling a uniform, clean roof finish.
