Corner flashings play both a visual and a functional role:

They cover butt joints, prevent corrosion caused by penetrating water, and provide a closed, clean look at building corners or facade transitions.

Variants and Dimensions

Our corner flashings are available in various standard versions:

• Standard External Corner:

  For the outer corners of facade cladding – cleanly covers butt joints and protects the outer edge.

• Standard Internal Corner:

  For a clean transition at internal corners – ensures a tight and visually appealing connection between wall panels or profiled sheets.

• External Corner 150/150 mm:

  With a 90° fold, 15 cm leg length per side, cover length 1.93 m (allowing for overlap).

• Internal Corner 150/150 mm:

  Also with a 15 cm leg length, ideal for large-scale wall cladding or industrial facades.

Custom dimensions and lengths up to 6 meters are available upon request – manufactured precisely to your specifications.

Materials and Coatings

Our corner flashings are available in the same high-quality materials and finishes as our wall and roof sheets:

• Aluzinc

• Standard Polyester (25 µm)

• Matt Polyester (35 µm)

• PURLAK® (50 µm)

• PURMAT® (50 µm)

These coatings ensure long-term corrosion protection and a visually seamless integration with the rest of the facade cladding.

Application and Installation

Installation is carried out with an overlap against the facade cladding.

The cover length of 1.93 m for 2-meter profiles creates a tight and visually uniform transition. Corner flashings are fastened with stainless steel screws or color-matched blind rivets – sealing tape can be used for additional moisture protection upon request.
